ABOUT

My journey as an SF Veteran doesn’t define me—it has prepared me. The challenges I’ve faced built my resilience and commitment to growth, enabling me to help others achieve peak performance. I’m one of the few "Tactical Fitness" coaches who blends years of actual combat experience with formal education and multiple industry-standard certifications. I've served five tours in Afghanistan, endured the challenges of U.S. Army Ranger School, completed numerous advanced SOF courses, and pushed my limits in extreme endurance events. While physical fitness is vital, I believe that leadership, self-discipline, and teamwork are the true cornerstones of success.
As a coach, I augment my background with a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, This unique combination allows me to offer a holistic approach to both physical and mental performance. I’ve learned that true training goes beyond conditioning the body—it’s about mastering the mind. When the body reaches its limit, mental resilience distinguishes the elite from the average, and that’s where I specialize.
